Now...give youself time to think about the question.

If you had a company like UCP and you wanted to go private how much would you offer the stockholders per share...now wait...you sold your company which is now apart of this company for 15 cent per share 2 years ago.....so you can't count the increase in shares last fall which gave you an avg. of 1.2 cent per share and not 15 cent two years ago.

I hope my cat thinking is not putting you to far out on an edge...just don't fall.
