Sabotage is the most far out there BS explanation that can be IMO. Unless someone thinks that it was sabotage that the piece of foam hit the shuttle during liftoff? The fact is that the computer had drag on the left wing during reentry and had to make adjustment, some of the most extreme adgustments ever seen, just to keep the shuttle at the right angle. What would cause that drag? How about missing tiles?
