these guys will likely be shorting the stock in the coming weeks leading up to the ATM.

I'd like to read that in an official agreement first before I assume. They have anti shorting provisions in other agreements why not with BFLX?

Really...Many of these type of "lenders" have LLC's that you couldn't connect back to them after looking for months, as do the hedge funds that short these companies, leading up to the company taking the funds through those stock sales.

There will be plenty of groups shorting BFLX in the coming weeks/months with the bounce they'll be even happier to short into the stock:

US$10,000,000 with Fairhills Capital Offshore Ltd, this will be a overhang for weeks/months, the sharks like the blood in the water.
