Yes, most likely they're using the most recent arduous yet relatively modest funding initiative to help facilitate putting together the announced deals and/or pending contracts for their committed NPU's as would seem most likely to me; and as they finish and pps rises, I think we will see the added confidence of more investors jumping on board to catch the proverbial train propelled by their own MFuel commitments...and thus, ultimately increasing the value for all shareholders.
