A ramble: Karl Rove, as dangerous a man in U.S. history, thinks only in terms of the complete and permanent establishment of his far right wing government.
All the great shift to the right can be traced to the blueprint Rove diagrammed and proceeded to imploy 30 years ago, there is no discounting Karl Rove, he is evil but also he is a brilliant strategist that has thoroughly outsmarted his opposition with stunning effficiency.
The election of Bush was , for him, just the beginning.
It is likely he has his presidential ticket already in hand.
My mother bless her, told me in 1995 that Karl Rove and Tom Delay were the 2 most dangerous men in america and stated they were meticulously planning to overthrow the WH and make it the bastion of CRW power and fascist militarism.
I didn't even know who they were and actually said "Mom, the U.S. is too rational to let those psychos take control" She said "i feel a great fear this will happen and unless the democrats wake up it will happen"
She died 10/13/2001. A few of her many last comments." If i am now going to have to witness this little man Bush be seen as a hero i rather be dead".
"I see the future and it is ugly i am ready to die but i worry greatly for the living"
On the evening of 10/12 she was as ever full of verbal zest and wit as ever but then said i am getting tired i am ready for bed and she , in wheel chair, went off to bed.
She died that night in a quiet silence, she in fact died with a smile on her face.
She was right about everything, and of the matters she spoke regards the future will be as terrible as her worst perceptions.
The Democratic Party is a pathetic chaos of ineptitude and i am still waiting for someone to draw my cartoon.
