There are many diff levels of investors. For instance I have certain rules I go by. Without getting into my own details because I do not want to ever discredit Any type of security publicly.
But everyone has there own restrictions on what they buy.
There are many who wil not buy under 4.00. There are many who won't buy under 1.00 and there are many who will not buy stocks under .01
Just like there are investors who only buy fully reporting companies and so on
When .01 is breached there will be another group ready to buy...
