Interestingly, according to CBS (that bastion of right wing thinking... NOT!), the US Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit has now given the DOJ until Thursday afternoon to answer in writing (3 pages) regarding whether or not the Obama Administration believes that the courts have the right to strike down a federal law.

Yessir gt, that is probably why Ron Paul is such a standout in the War Party's presidential debates. Note: He is running 4th in a field of four mental giants.
