I believe that if the company had a contract they would of already released an update. I don't believe that they want the stock to go down again based on an update stating "we are still working on getting contracts" as this is all that has been released.
Investing in this company is kind of like putting your money in a savings account: boring with low ROI but relatively safe at these levels. I don't worry about this investment and figure some day they will catch a break and actually fall into some money and actually tell us about it and the PPS will jump.
