Consider CRIS which was less than 200M before the BCC results. Even EXEL may not have had a 300M MC before the MTC results if the market hadn't known that cabo was active in PC.

CRIS BCC trial wasn't phase 3 trial. It was single arm phase 2 trial.

I think to pick oncology phase 3 trials made the underlying point quite strong. Oncology drug often time has application, at least by market expection, in more than one type of cancer. So your point about if cabo weren't known active in PC is moot point IMO.

The point is *not* that the market cap predicts the results, but that the market has at least a clue about whether the results are likely to be compelling and values the company accordingly.
