Great day today. Someone loaded big time. Yes based on OTC and contrary to what some may think when you file after being CE you have alittle more involved than filing when already fully current. It's been confirmed through OTC that KMAg has become fully compliant with OTC. They have paid all fees and filed. Patience is going to pay big time here folks.

KMA is in progress of updating filing we had hoped it would have occurred today however we are subject to the delays of the OTC.
