The countries have to be forced to devote all their efforts in getting that 50% of energy is renewable energy. Solar energy should not be an expense for the countries should be an obligation.
I'm with you. It seems like a no-brainer and not all that difficult either. It just takes the commitment and if we HAD listened to Jimmy carter all those years ago, we would have been well on our way to energy independence.
