SJCH - I would be concerned if I were short on any and all of the sisters.

Will we see filings for one or more of them triggering increased panic for the shorts?

Must be a reason to keep a domain name alive for a revoked stock.....at least it USED to be revoked.

SJCH was never revoked by the SEC...only by NV SOS (where it still is) for failure to renew business licenses for 2010 & 2011 and also for multiple failures to file Annual Lists dating back to 2008.

The only action taken by the SEC (so far) was to add SJCH after having deleted it for lack of trading (it only had 1 trade in its history). This action leaves its recent re-appearance as a focal point for the usual FFGO dividend distribution fantasies.

It appears that SJCH may not even be able to trade unless it regains Active Status with NV SOS...and there has been no rush by ex-management to do so.

Hope...and FFGO dividend fantasies...always spring eternal on the iHub boards.
