YES, you are correct. there were several factors for the removal of jeff digenova. FIRST, martyZ had worked hard to see that digenova was placed as QUASAR CEO on SEPTEMBER 22, 2010.
obviously digenova and marty were tight. obviously bradley and digenova were tight. digenova already had two DWs under his belt, when in early 2010 martyZ began to push digenova as the replacement for bradley. in fact as late as september 16 2010 marty called for the removal of dean bradley on the Qmessage board. so digenova was placed as QUASAR CEO on SEPTEMBER 22 2010.
when DIGENOVA became ceo of quasar within 75odd days DIGENOVA had purchased the nhs shell, DEC 17 2010.
YES, digenova tried to gain control of QUASAR illegally and when you say this;

in december 17 2010 knowing favata,... who by his word had invested over a half million bucks into QUASAR stock, mostly via his brokerage......digenova enlisted the help of favata to finance the nhs shell. also enlisted to help with nhs were quasar shareholders bill harvey and chris parkin.....amoung others.
now when digenova brings in *MS**$1.7M***centacom****NHS*****EXCHANGE LOI******and finally may 18th 2011 freeze date........DIGENOVA has so many factors (OCTOPUS ARMS) going folks have no idea what DIGENOVA is up to......except the insiders akin to harvey and parkin.
