the share structure hasnt changed. There was a RS. That keeps the share structure the same as the 8-K. 600,000 issued and outstanding which equals 120,000,000 pre split.

The TA is gagged. The only info available info has to come from TEVED. A gagged TA is a major RED FLAG.
