One reason that Kim is aware of my thinking about what KBLB is doing is that several times I have emailed him, in effect, asking "do you have any objection if I post the following:" because of concern that if it was correct it might give some clues to the competition or cause some problem with a patent application. *1 He of course could not tell me even so much as whether or not I was correct and I did not expect him to. I have several times communicated to him my speculations about exactly what KBLB is doing, clearly stating that I did NOT expect either confirmation or denial, I was just trying to let him understand how KBLB was being perceived and give him some idea of where more information might be helpful. I never expected nor asked that any information be given to ME, only to the public. (and he has never told me anything that was not already public information.) So he already knew who I am and a bit of my thinking before he got King Bolaba's email. (and thank you again, King, for passing on that message!)
He probably also remembers the flap here when I insisted that there was no doubt (and offered the evidence to prove it) that ND WAS the source of the PNAS publication when some here were even insisting that I remove my own posts with that contention because according to them there was no way of knowing (so I emailed Dr Jarvis and got the confirmation that it was).
Note that I did not call Kim until late in the afternoon Friday AFTER I had already made clear retractions on my speculation (which was CLEARLY labeled as a speculation when I made it and I very explicitly noted that it was only a possibility and might be wrong.) So Kim did nothing to convince me I was wrong other than the email that King Bolaba posted on the board. And I repurchased shares BEFORE I talked to him so nothing he said could have affected that decision (and phone records and broker records could confirm that, for those who are really paranoid) My conversation with him was basically : this is what I thought, this is how I arrived at that conclusion, this is what IMHO it might be helpful if you could inform the public of. And he did not confirm or deny any of it. Nor did I expect him to or ask him to. I had to find out from the CC just like everyone else.
Note that I redacted part of one of my posts today because I felt that almost none here would have understood it anyway and it might be giving ideas to the competition - as I noted I intend to do more explaining and less speculating here, especially as to exactly how KBLB may be going about things. I may give hypothetical examples of possibilities (as I did in my post that already answered the questions in your previous post, ES1)
in order to give people some FEEL for how things are probably working rather than the exact details, which, of course, NO ONE outside of KBLB knows.
My POINT was that there are very good probable explanations for why we have heard nothing of results from the 3rd round of ZF GMs (= 1st round of Gen 2) and there is no cause for concern about why it hasn't been PRed. It is clearly a multistep process: either 2 or three rounds of ZF GMs (possibly more if something additional needed to be done as well!) Kim clearly indicated that it will be awhile before Gen 2 is done.
And for the zillionth time: I made no significant profit at all on shares repurchased Friday, I bought them at no significant difference in price from what I'd sold them at before (and did not buy them until the price had FULLY recovered from the drop. I did not buy them because of any drop, I repurchased them because I decided that selling them had been a mistake. ----------------- * those who are particularly observant and have excellent memories may recall that last summer I had one of the admins deleted one of my posts (after it was too late to edit it out myself) because I had concerns that it might be going too deep into the details of exactly how things were being done. I have worked in product development and know how deep the concerns may be about keeping your cards under the table.
