Disagree. Why would they play their card ahead of time, no need to. China is getting all the oil right now, why disrupt it? Our capabiities? You talk about capabilities? What about a response from two other world powers? You will see plenty of capabilities if you cut off the lifeline to China's development, guaranteed. They need oil and they are not going to sit around and have us disrupt their country's progress. Did you see how fast Russia ran into Syria, how fast China sent an envoy, how they both protested our plans. Want to see China and Russia ramp it up 20x, try to do anything to Iran and you'll open up WWIII.
