Not sure if my math is right but WM ended up paying about a half a percent (.5% ) of the($1,700,000,000) they were accused of and found guilty of defrauding investors.
JBI is accused of (not found guilty) of over inflating some media credits to the tune of $10,000,000 and income from the PIPE is even less. $8,000,000. So given the same math as with WM ; the fine would be what $50,000?
Please correct my math if need be but I do not think JBI's fine would be that high if one uses the WM case as comparison.
