Just spoke with David Smith who verified that the filing of the 15-12g was done to preserve accounting funds. Their options were to do this or be out of compliance, which we have experienced already. He didn't think there would be an announcement to explain the filing and that everything with Mineros is moving as it was prior to the filing. GLTA
