This is what you call effectively dealing with it? "The company will not be posting the AGM video, but will be making a corporate promotional video out of some of the AGM footage."
I guess that "explanation" was provided before this was posted in the Investors FAQ section of the P2O website:
"JBI, Inc. considers disclosure of shareholder information one of its fundamental principles, to ensure as much transparency about the Company's progress as allowed by SEC rules."
