Reads like a company ramping up in the Bakken. I see Heat Wave is currently working in the region. Looks like they leased/bought some office space as well.

I can see some possible synergies between Enservco companies and Luminart's (LUMP) B3 Well Services and maybe even Black and Blue Water Services.

I think we should stay tuned-in to these two.... ;-)
