arizona1 -- separate and apart from the ACA, the laws requiring hospitals to provide immediately-needed emergency care to folks brought in with medical emergencies remain in place -- what I'm saying is that the logic of the GOP argument/position re the ACA/individual mandate, taken to its 'logical' extreme, would mean the repeal of those laws as well -- recall Ron Paul's debate answer (and the bagnut/teabugger/wingbutt crowd reaction):
