My thoughts are when the selling pressure stops there will be $10 million in new discounted at-the-market shares out, it'll be interesting to see what the share structure looks like once the S1 is filed. Whether the price goes up or down from here depends on what the money from the equity financing is used for...
but hey, this stock has been a day-traders dream the past couple of weeks, hopefully it stays that way a little longer :-)
