TRINQ at 0.23-0.28, Nasdaq tick has been negative or near zero this AM so far. NYA TRIN near 1.0 and tick spiked up.

In short, it looks like a jam is going on. They are trying to hold this up, possibly due to the UN stuff in a half hour.
