The ADHD trial results for 5619 were worse and another ADHD trial reports in Q3 12. I think this trial is unlikely to be positive. I agree with you. Nothing compelling in the pipeline to consider TRGT right now.

Agree that it's hard to have confidence in those pending ADHD results for 5619 given the prior trial results. But, the Phase 2a results in schizophrenia seem encouraging (http://www.targacept.com/wt/page/pr_1302179429 ). I hadn't noticed those prior results. And perhaps the EnVivo news provides some validation for the alpha-7 target.
