In the last 6 months of 2011, 104 million shares were issued for cash (debt conversion). Total cash was $63k per the filings.

That's .0006/share. Not bad if you can get someone to buy your shares at a penny - a 1600% profit.

Of course if you're the one buying those shares at a penny, or even 1/2 penny, good luck selling them at a profit.
