Do you know much about the "stand your ground" law in FL. I've heard it may not apply to this case, I don't know. With all the witnesses testimony it's close to being an act of self defense but also it's a gray area to me because I don't know how many times you have to have your head slammed into the concrete before you can take action. Also if all you have is a 9mm at the time can that be use of excessive force? One shot to the gut to get the guy off maybe ok.. He shoot him twice it's murder right
