BFLX is an example of why firms short stocks in penny-land, because there is money to be made in doing so, I would also bet that the financing firm involved with the 10 million deal has been on the short side for the past few weeks. This firm will continue to be on the short side until the flow of funds is complete, BFLX may finally bounce at some point, but the trend is down down down....
