I hear you, but in that case the person would not be photographed in "county orange", so my point stands - the pic of Zimmerman in "country orange" must relate to a previous arrest, which understandably is uncomfortable for his supporters.
IMO, "arrested" and "stopped" does not basically mean the same...I can be "stopped" for a vehicle infraction, but that does not mean I am "arrested". I also don't believe "arrested" and "detained" mean the same...I can be "detained" for suspicion, but that does not mean I am "arrested".
I may misunderstand police terminology so I'll speak with my son who is a detective in NJ.
