A company this size and listed on the Pink Sheets is subjected daily to daytraders and market makers forces both of which can be good or bad. It is also more subject to boards that have people post negatively in order to drive the price down so they can buy, then they go away as the price goes up, they sell and start the cycle all over again. This is a very frustrating proposition for real acutal investors in a company.
Unfortunately it has been for the bad lately. Some proof of that is when there are buys for significant period of time, yet the ask drops a few cents. This isn't normal according to the usual laws of supply and demand for more heavily traded stocks. Some stocks are influenced by the market feeling in general, not always their financial situation, etc, especially in the Pink sheet/startups.
