Ramo did notify the SEC because Ramo knows the SEC can shut them down now and they should. I did like the filing about Ramo is not going to report any info on their company right now. Do you know why they are not going to report because there is NOTHING there. Form 15 means nothing to me, why don't they try Form TRUTH, can you explain that one? I also liked it when you said they wanted to save their money so we get no reports of anything. You got it wrong, Ramo got the shareholders money and didn't want to spend it on anything but their on needs. Remember this company makes NO MONEY other than cheating shareholders out of theirs.

You must be new to the OTC? It has nothing to do with what you say. All the scammers at RAMO have to do is take 5 minutes to file some half assed looking quick books pages at OTCmarkets to get rid of the spiel. It has ZERO to do with the SEC.
