I agree, and if Mr. Cotton releases a PR without any BIG developments or announcements, just to let us know they are still "alive and kicking", then that to me is still like being in 'news blackout'.
It is just a - staying in touch - communication for the shareholders.

With all due respect its easy to be honest whe nyou don't say anything...Michael Jordan says you msis 100% of the shots you don't take and his CEO has not even gotten off the bench so how can anyone say he is honest when he has said nothing the past several months. Let's have him provide us some inforamtion then let the facts judge his honesty...
