Not being an EXPERT myself in corporate finances I really don't have a clue what the correct time would be for what they are doing. I believe Mike wants this cleared up just as much as we do. There is nothing for him to gain from stalling. Doing it right may take longer and Laidlaw is under the watchful eyes of the SEC now so it has to be done to their satusfaction.
