The markets are always forward looking. If CNH materializes, its not the end point for MWWC, but another step in the growth process. The company will have to find a way to manage that better (without harming shareholders in the interim).
The writing is on the wall for the pinksheets market: Companies are being DTC chilled and one big reason is the flood of shares. Convertible debt has played a large role in this.
My guess is the survivors will develop real business plans (revenues and profits, real BOD's), reject convertible debt and halt the issuance of shares (screwing their shareholders).
It will take time to see this largescale shift, but if you watch the pinksheet markets long enough you see the change beginning.
MWWC is now at $0.0020. Next tick down starts the teens. I believe its pretty much inevitable at this point.
