From all the reading I have done over the last 1.5 years is, SG has much if not all of his own capital involved in running this business, I don't see a problem with cashing in some shares. This share restructure isn't gonna move the share price, pr and uplisting is what were all waiting for.

You want me tell you the whole story of SEEK? lol! it will get really bad IF Scott does not file the financials before the end of this quarter (is it March 31st? I would have to check). One more quarter pass by without filing and I think SEEK will get a black skull and crossbones - Caveat Emptor
