RJ......yes, I would think that would be the prudent way. Perhaps when dealing with a large, established company on a multi-KDS deal, it might be different.
I also agree generally with your analysis of Brian on the press releases; I would expect this to change, possibly dramatically, with the introduction of new company officer(s).
Brian gives me the impression of an old-school, no-frills, fundamental business guy.....which I think is an excellent fit for this transition phase from slow growth to accelerated growth.
