If that is really your conclusion for NGSX, you must have better analytical skills and more data than I have.
My Xtal ball is a little cloudy, but I see nothing very propitious for NGSX any time soon, certainly not before tomorrow which is The Day of Prophecy - - - March 23, 2012.
Suggestion: Beat the drums when something is happening, it adds to the noise. All IMHO.
