On or shortly after March 31 IMO something big will be happening.

Depending on current OS and the details will we know what a fair value is.

However, if what happens after end of March is positive (and from my DD I believe it is) then the current price of .016 will be a fraction of the value it's worth.

I think .10+ is a target that should be met in April IF what I think is happening happens.

Still well worth the risk here
