Unfortunately, it is still in the OTC which until recently has been largely ignored by the SEC and regulators. This is however changing quickly.
The main advantage for us to uplist in any arena is because the larger companies will not deal with a pink in most cases. The OTCQB or QX will allow us to be taken serious by everyone else. I am very confident that the larger lithium companies in the region already know who MMTE is.
The audit and uplist should resolve the DTC Chill issue once and for all. IMO I don't think the SEC would allow MMTE to uplist if there was a problem nor would WL even attempt it.
