Absolutely. Their water cart technology is proven but it takes a significant financial investment to get those carts built, deployed and maintained. And of course you have to train people to maintain it... Most of the water problems are in significantly poor countries with corrupt governments so itbecomes difficult to get something solidified. These types of opportunities are out in front of us and will become more and more viable when we finally have some recurring revenue. This is why the dirt is such a big deal to us, as it represents not only significant progress with our soil remediation process but it opens doors to other lucrative opportunities. Most of the chances we took with other countries didn't really pan out, and that's why they decided to pursue business in the states. Sure we have our share of corruption, but at least here we can potentially leverage it. ;) Anyway, focus on the dirt right now as that represents the first domino, in my humble opinion of course.
