He is not required to file anymore filings. He was required to file when he became a NEOM majority shareholder with more than 10% of the OS. He has about 25% that we know of. He can buy daily from now on and is not required to file. I wish people would stop posting about filings it makes people sell when they do not see anymore. All he was required to do was file when he became a majority shareholder. He is now and that means huge $$$ ahead for us NEOM investors!
