Actually we need someone to check, now that he is already a majority shareholder with at least 10 to over 25 percent of the NEOM OS he is not required to do anymore filings right? We just have to wait for company filings with insider buys and sells every 3 months now correct or am I wrong? I am not sure about penny stocks.
