We F&F yahoos had the same concern at one time, and have ended up concluding that this sort of thing is instrument specific.

Then again, f&f never saw bk. That, and the d&o and underwriter settlements required proof of injury, and I believe that required a date of ownership, but that's old news, said and done.

It will not matter when you purchased your CTs (unless you own over 5 percent of the outstanding shares....if that is the case you screwed us all! LOL) I lean towards the reorganized company reporting the CT shares as new equity since they will be out of bankruptcy and the BK court may no longer categorize them as debt. That is how they will utilize max NOLs and how we will "make bank".
