Dear Laufer Bridge Shareholders,
As the company's public relation representative we have received many inquiries on why we weren't putting news out regarding what currently is going on with the company. To be fair, we have already drafted up a number of releases and other research material that is ready to go out, but at the end of the day it is management's decision on when to give the green light on when these releases are approved to go out. We do stand ready to assist in the PR side as we know the company is continuing to work on some final complaince paperwork before their big launch of their sports nutrition supplements.
But, as a reminder, in the past few weeks the company has appointed Mr. Chabaan as the new COO of Cenergy Nutrition, released photos of their NBA All Star kids event, and has updated their OTC Markets information.
In addition, the company is currently working on filing the appropiate financial information with OTC Markets to bring the company to current status, and this could happen as soon as the next 24 to 48 hours, according to the company. They await the final documents from the accountant, and once filed with OTC Markets the company should be compliant for uplisting to "current" status.
Although many await news of the launch, and South Street Media stands ready to assist in that matter once given the final green light, we just wanted to provide this quick update that things are progressing in regards to cleaning the company up, and to respond that the company understands their shareholders frustrations. We hope to have a couple of official updates, on major wires, in the very near future.
