You should know most solid long term investors are still in just don't follow all the crappy people who are still here. I hve held and continue to buy when funds are there. I unlike others am very thankful for the fact that you are willing to keep America working. That alone should attract investors not greedy flippers. Thank you and a thank you to management as well now back to my homework marty

Can your shareholders acquire MWWC convertible debt (as opposed to acquiring common stock)?

2. Responsibly raise funds through currently available financing instruments (convertible debt), take advantage of the currently existing opportunities and make the company profitable again.

We believe that #2 might be the version that most shareholders would prefer. Although it has caused a temporary drop in the share price, it allows us to launch new productions, begin increasing revenues again and subsequently the share price.

Hello, one thing I do not understand
you said: 2. Responsibly raise funds through currently available financing instruments (convertible debt), take advantage of the currently existing opportunities and make the company profitable again.

Yet: 2. 4,499,998 shares of its common stock to pay dividends on the Series A Convertible Preferred Stock.

Why do we have to pay for the dividends on the series A preferred stock?
Should the company not first show a profit before dividends are paid to anyone?

Regards,

MAX

Can MWWC issue a PR with a clear statement about an intention to buyback common shares once the company returns to profitability. That statment would include an expected number of shares to be repurchased per quarter or on a dollar volume basis.

Essentially does MWWC intend to reduce O/S to 50M shares as soon as practicable once profits start flowing.

I understand this would be a forward looking PR without real accomplishment, but it would give some indication of what shareholders should expect if/when the company turns itself around.
