Senior creditors dont control anything right now. the POR does. IMO the BS should be in pretty good shape. Do you guys think L > A if they include the 55 billion on the new BS? I think it will be close and even closer and settlements occur. Remember they are reserving for the worst case scenario against the il liquid assets. Also remember the Il liquid assets will apppreciate over time esp if a chunk of it is MBS. and also also P.S. also there is still a few lawsuits left which is reserved for already....the only thing that can happen to us is favorable if they win.....go figure...devil

Just a guess on the ownership. It is still tooo fuzzy, but the one big share could go to the ownership. I am not sure how the CT's can be considered NOL, since CT's are not ownership. With the reinstatement, it is starting to point in that direction.

At the end of the day, Equity is ownership not credit/debt, unless during the BK they performed an exchange on debt for equity.
