That is sort of wacky statement that doesn't make much sense. They don't have any cash on hand because they purchased $1.6M in active wells which I'm sure was for a logical/profitable reason.
The revenue reported last Q was lower then it should have been because of the well issues, which were fixed after several months(see my DD post).
Those revenues will return in the next Q as well as new revenues from new active wells.
After all they showed approx. $250k in income with around 30 online, now there is twice the wells active.
Revenues on the next Q could be around triple what the last one reported.
New base of 0010 on that, without any PR's.
