Correct. The 10K is due March 31, unless the company asks for and obtains an OK for a late filing, which is normally due within the following five business days from the end of March. The 10Q are due 45 days from the end of the quarter, unless the new regs require something even sooner. And then, the company can ask for an extension for another 5 business days from that time.
