Yes technically that is correct but Offor made the deal with STP long before that for ERHC to have 2 blocks plus 15 % of 2 more blocks. These were not deals that Ntephe made. Ntephe has known that ERHE was getting the blocks, it was just a matter of making the selection.
So ERHC management should have been locked and loaded and ready to go. Instead they at least give the impression that little has been done ?
