Maybe the 1 big share is now 51% of the company - glad I shotgun this thing.

The 50 percent ownership could be just us (wishful thinking LOL) or perhaps a combination of us and an old cold creditor. As long as those entities make up 50 percent...the reorganized company could retain max NOLs.
