As previously announced, Michael Willingham, Diane Glossman, Mark Holliday, Gene
Davis, Timothy Graham, Steve Scheiwe, and Michael Renoff will comprise the Board
of Directors of WMI Holdings.

No Announcement of CEO yet! HUM!
